Powell GT Magnet Elementary!

Powell GT Magnet Elementary was built in 1964 and was named after Louis H. Powell Sr., a member of the Raleigh City School Board in the early 1960's.  We are located inside the beltline, nestled in the wonderful Lockwood neighborhood (close to Raleigh Boulevard and New Bern Avenue).  Click below to see more of our amazing school!
